Shipping & Handling:

Orders shipped within the U.S. may take approximately 5-7 business days to be delivered. Love From Me Cosmetics does not currently ship outside of the U.S. Subscribe to our emails to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon purchase. Order processing time follows a next-business-day schedule. Order cut-off times are as follows:

Mondays-Wednesdays and weekends: Order by 4pm EST to qualify for next-business-day shipping. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship within 2 business days.

Thursdays and Fridays: Order by 5pm EST to qualify for next-business-day shipping. Orders placed after 5pm EST will ship within 2 business days.

Holidays: All orders placed on federal and/or national holidays by 12pm EST will ship within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship within 3 business days.

Love From Me Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If you have not received a package that was marked as ‘delivered’ via your tracking number, please contact your local United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages returned due to incorrect address being provided will be subject to new shipping fees paid by the customer.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

Due to the nature of the products listed on this site, no returns are being accepted and no refunds are being issued at this time. Store credit may be given in place of a refund (see note below). Store credit must be requested within 10 days of purchase and will be placed into the customer’s online account to use how they wish on the website. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Store credit requested after the 10-day grace period will be denied.
